Have the security seal, tags, and original packaging intact.

Not be washed, brushed, combed, cut, dyed, bleached, customized, or installed.

Be free of odors, makeup, perfume, smoke, or other signs of wear.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
